All of our training classes are one on one with the trainer unless otherwise specified by the student(s). If the class you are submitting your payment for is not available, your payment will be automatically rejected. There will be a 15% cancellation fee for any class or service, if cancelled before 48 hours of the actual class or service date. Classes or services cancelled within 48 hours of the actual class or service date are non-refundable. Your personal information is used only to contact you regarding your request for our training and other services. It is not sold or made available to any other entity. We schedule classes 7 days a week from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. Our office hours are: Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. All of our training, studio rental, and other services can be scheduled after business hours by leaving a voice message at 212-777-3222, e-mailing us or by filling out the registration form associated with your particular training or service.
